- 4 cups diced potatoes peeled if desired
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
