  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped 14 oz can
  • 1 cup Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach, and garlic until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
