  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. Add the vinegar, sugar, and Dijon mustard to the skillet. Whisk until combined.
  3. Slowly add water to the skillet, whisking constantly until the dressing thickens.
  4. Return the bacon to the skillet and stir to combine. Serve warm over salad.
