Indian Chicken Curry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
Add curry powder, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
Pour in tomato puree and coconut milk. Stir well.
Season with salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
