Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs skinless, bone-in
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  5. 5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. 6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
