  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, then place the remaining slices of bread on top, butter side up.
  5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and serve.
