Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 can Biscuits Refrigerated, for dumplings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the 'Sauté' function. Add a bit of oil and cook the chicken until browned.
  2. Add the carrots, celery, and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and stir in the salt and pepper. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Manual' for 10 minutes.
  4. Once the time is up, do a quick release. Open the lid and stir in the frozen peas.
  5. Cut the biscuits into quarters and drop them into the pot. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Manual' for 5 more minutes.
  6. Do another quick release. Open the lid and give everything a good stir. Serve hot.
