Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rice uncooked
- 1 can sardines in oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the sardines (with oil) and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
6. Serve the sardine mixture over the cooked rice.
