A classic Italian sub sandwich loaded with meats, cheese, and veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup banana peppers
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
2. Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion, and banana peppers.
4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies.
5. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down lightly.
7. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in foil for later.
