Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 2 units jalapenos sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened

Instructions 

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the other side of each bread slice.
  3. Place cheddar cheese and jalapeno slices on top of the cream cheese side of two bread slices.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side out.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
