- 12 jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix until the breadcrumbs are coated.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeno.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
