Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice Preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Kimchi Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Kimchi juice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 stalks Green onions Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the kimchi and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked rice and kimchi juice, and stir well to combine.
  4. Push the rice to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them into the rice.
  5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
