Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
3. Pour the sauce over the cooked ground beef and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve the beef mixture over cooked white rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
