Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce over the cooked ground beef and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve the beef mixture over cooked white rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
