Main Ingredients
- 3 units Eggs
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with half the sugar until pale and thick.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Sift the flour and salt over the mixture and fold in gently.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe 3-inch lines onto the prepared baking sheet. Dust with powdered sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
