  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Dried Lavender

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add dried lavender and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the syrup into a jar, discarding the lavender. Let it cool completely before using.
