  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shredded pork roast and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. Place a portion of the pork mixture onto each tortilla, top with coleslaw mix, and wrap tightly.
