- 10 pieces Lemons organic
- 1 liter Vodka high proof
- 3 cups Sugar
- 4 cups Water
Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
Place the lemon peels in a large jar and add vodka. Seal and let sit for 1 week.
After 1 week, make a simple syrup by heating water and sugar until dissolved. Let cool.
Strain the lemon peels from the vodka and mix the infused vodka with the simple syrup.
Bottle the limoncello and let it sit for another week before serving chilled.
