Mac and Cheese Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
