  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup carrot, grated

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked macaroni, celery, onion, green bell pepper, and carrot. Mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
