Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Manicotti shells
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
Spread 1 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange filled shells in the dish. Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
