Marinated Cucumber Onion and Tomato Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup Onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
