  • 1 lb Flank Steak
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, honey, black pepper, and salt.
  2. 2. Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the steak is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
