- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 unit Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoon Butter
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and chopped parsley.
2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
