Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves packed

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add mint leaves and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the syrup into a jar, pressing on the mint leaves to extract all the liquid. Let cool.
