Main Ingredients
- 10 leaves Fresh Mint plus extra for garnish
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 cup Ice crushed
1. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a glass.
2. Add lime juice and rum, then stir to dissolve the sugar.
3. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda. Stir gently.
4. Garnish with extra mint leaves and a lime wedge.
