Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 4 pcs Green onions sliced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Toasted almonds sliced
- ¼ cup Sesame seeds toasted
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, toasted almonds, and toasted sesame seeds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
