No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
Quick and easy no-bake cookies with peanut butter and oats.

- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Honey
- 3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
Add rolled oats and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each spoonful slightly with the back of the spoon.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
