Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Okra, sliced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  4. 4. Stir in sliced okra and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in chicken broth, add salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
