Main Ingredients
- 2 large onions sliced into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Slice onions into rings.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Dip onion rings in flour mixture.
Mix egg and milk in another bowl.
Dip floured rings in egg mixture.
Coat rings with breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
