Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 slices Bread your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Celery chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion chopped
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, and chopped red onion. Mix well.
  3. Season the tuna mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over each slice.
  5. Top each slice with a piece of cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
