Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove chicken from buttermilk, dredge in flour mixture, and place on the wire rack.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken pieces.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and crispy.
