Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
  • 3 tablespoon Water cold

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Do not let it boil.
  3. 3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Add the gelatin mixture to the warm cream and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
