Parmesan Garlic Orzo
A simple, flavorful side dish made with orzo, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 cup Orzo
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the orzo and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm.
