Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 150 g Mozzarella cubed
  • 50 g Black Olives pitted and sliced
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 10 g Basil fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives, and basil.
  3. 3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
