Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta Any type you like
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 can Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Basil Fresh, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine with the sauce.
  5. 5. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
