- 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ⅓ cup Pine Nuts
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add cheese and pulse several times.
Stream in olive oil while the food processor is running until the mixture is smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
