- 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, jalapeño peppers, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice and salt. Mix well.
Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve fresh.
