  • 2 pieces Pita Bread
  • ½ cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the pita bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each pita.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano and basil over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
