Pork Chop Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 large Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the chicken broth, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, and sliced celery. Bring to a boil.
4. Return the pork chops to the pot. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the pork is cooked through.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
