Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork spare ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and seal the edges.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the top foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  9. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
