- 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork spare ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and seal the edges.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the top foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
