Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 2 cups Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 package Wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
  • ¼ cup Water for steaming

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
  5. Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and cook until water evaporates and pot stickers are crispy.
