Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook until water evaporates and pot stickers are crispy.
