  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Chopped Celery
  • ¼ cup Chopped Onion

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add cooled potatoes, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
