  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the grated cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
