Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Radishes sliced thin
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced radishes and cucumber.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
3. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
