Ingredients 

Ramen Burger Ingredients

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles without seasoning
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 whole Beef patties
  • 2 slices Cheese
  • to taste Lettuce
  • to taste Tomato sliced
  • to taste Ketchup
  • to taste Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add soy sauce. Mix in the cooled ramen noodles.
  3. Divide the noodle mixture into four portions. Place each portion into a plastic wrap-lined bowl, press down to form a bun shape, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the noodle buns until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. In the same skillet, cook the beef patties to your desired doneness.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on a noodle bun, followed by a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Top with another noodle bun.
