Ramen Burger Ingredients
- 2 packs Ramen noodles without seasoning
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 whole Beef patties
- 2 slices Cheese
- to taste Lettuce
- to taste Tomato sliced
- to taste Ketchup
- to taste Mayonnaise
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add soy sauce. Mix in the cooled ramen noodles.
Divide the noodle mixture into four portions. Place each portion into a plastic wrap-lined bowl, press down to form a bun shape, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the noodle buns until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties to your desired doneness.
Assemble the burgers by placing a beef patty on a noodle bun, followed by a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Top with another noodle bun.
