  • 1 package coleslaw mix 14 oz
  • 2 packages ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup green onions chopped

Dressing

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and chopped green onions.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, white vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Let the coleslaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
