- 1 pack instant ramen noodles
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 0.25 cup chopped green onions
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble until they start to set.
Add the cooked ramen noodles and green onions to the eggs. Stir well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
