Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese for topping
  • 1 cup sour cream for topping
  • 1 cup tortilla chips for topping

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the ranch seasoning mix and taco seasoning mix to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  3. 3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the soup hot, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
