Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 1 package Pre-made pie crust or homemade

Filling

  • 4 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Place the pie crust in the pie dish. Pour the raspberry mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover with the top crust, seal the edges, and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool before serving.
