- 1 head Red Cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots grated
- 1 cup Apple diced
- 0.5 cup Walnuts chopped
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, diced apple, and chopped walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
