  • 2 pcs Carrots grated
  • 1 cup Apple diced
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, diced apple, and chopped walnuts.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
